12Cr1Mov steel pipe is a high-temperature alloy steel pipe with excellent mechanical properties and high thermal conductivity. It is commonly used in high-pressure and high-temperature applications such as boilers, steam pipelines, and power plants. This steel pipe has a minimum chromium content of 0.80-1.10%, a minimum molybdenum content of 0.25-0.35%, and a minimum vanadium content of 0.15-0.30%. It also has a maximum carbon content of 0.15%, a maximum silicon content of 0.50%, and a maximum manganese content of 0.60%. Other elements such as phosphorus, sulfur, and nitrogen are limited to small amounts. The combination of these elements provides excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature strength to the 12Cr1Mov steel pipe.
