In 2023, a Chilean client contacted GNEE Group through our website. We provided the client with our SGS certificate, ISO certificate, and information on previous customer collaborations, which led to the client expressing interest in working with us. The client wanted to order 200 tonnes of A53 carbon steel pipes but requested samples first to consider a larger purchase. We fully supported the client’s decision and prepared three A53 carbon steel pipe samples. After receiving the samples, the client sent them to a third-party agency for testing. The test results were satisfactory, and the client was very pleased. Consequently, they proceeded to purchase 200 tonnes of A53 seamless carbon steel pipes.
In April 2024, the client contacted us to initiate a second collaboration and expressed their desire to visit GNEE Group to get to know their business partner better. We arranged the client’s visit according to their schedule. Upon their arrival at GNEE Group, we gave them a tour, explaining our company’s history and philosophy. Afterwards, we took the client to the conference room to discuss the details of this collaboration. The client expressed their desire to purchase 500 tonnes of E355 HFS Pipe with an outer diameter (O.D) of 60mm, a length of 12m, and a wall thickness (W.T) of 52mm. They hoped for delivery within 35 days. GNEE Group indicated that 35 days might be a bit tight for such a quantity and estimated that delivery could be completed in 42 days. The client requested a faster delivery, and both parties finally agreed on completing the delivery within 40 days, with the provision of chemical performance and non-destructive testing reports. Once the product specifications and delivery time were confirmed, the logistics issues became straightforward. The client chose sea freight, which is indeed more suitable for long-distance transportation of this kind. Both parties then reached a final agreement and signed the cooperation documents.
