The Korean clients are collaborating with GNEE Group for the first time. They contacted us through the GNEE Group website and requested custom-made steel pipes. We indicated that customisation was possible, but the lead time would be relatively long. The clients understood and requested quality inspection reports and ISO certificates for the steel pipes, which we assured them we could provide. The clients also requested some samples, which we gladly sent—three A312 316L steel pipes.
Upon receiving the samples, the clients first tested the chemical and physical properties of the pipes, which were all satisfactory. However, they were not completely satisfied with the specifications of the stainless steel pipes. We assured them that we could reproduce the pipes according to their requirements. The clients also expressed a desire to visit the GNEE Group and our factory, to which we warmly extended our welcome.
In May 2024, Korean clients visited GNEE Group. We first provided them with an overview of GNEE Group via a video presentation and showcased our ISO and SGS certificates, as well as examples of our previous client collaborations. The clients expressed a desire to adjust the specifications for their custom order, and we confirmed that this was possible. They presented new custom drawings, which included adjustments to the wall thickness and length of the stainless steel pipes compared to the previous specifications. After reviewing the drawings, we confirmed that we could produce the pipes according to these new specifications, although the delivery time would be extended by 3-5 days. The clients accepted this and requested to visit the GNEE factory.
In the afternoon, we took the clients on a tour of our facilities, including the steelmaking workshop, rolling workshop, cold drawing workshop, and our mechanical performance testing and chemical element testing equipment. Following the tour, the clients expressed their satisfaction with GNEE Group’s facilities and staff, acknowledging that we have excellent equipment and professional service, making us a worthy partner for collaboration.
