Indian customers contact us for the first time via email. The customer indicated that he came across our website through Google and wanted to know more about our company and products. We immediately showed more company videos and certificates to the client, who was very receptive, but due to the strict requirements of the co-operation project, a personal visit was required to confirm the co-operation. So we arranged this visit for the client.
The client came to GNEE Group on 13th April 2024 and our staff took the client on a tour of the GNEE Group, introducing the internal structure and history of the company to the client. The client said that GNEE Group was more professional than he expected. We explained our past cooperation cases to the customer and showed the customer our factory video. The customer said that GNEE Group would be a very good partner. After another 2 hours of discussion, the customer happily signed the co-operation document with us and expressed his hope to have a long-term and stable relationship with GNEE Group.
