Its minimum yield strength is 355 MPa, and “JR” indicates that the material has an impact absorption energy of not less than 34 J at room temperature. The chemical composition mainly includes carbon, manganese, and silicon, with a carbon content not exceeding 0.21%. Mechanical properties range from tensile strength of 470-630 MPa, and elongation is typically not less than 21%. This material is widely used in building structures, bridges, vehicles, and machinery manufacturing, and possesses good processing and welding properties.
