In API 5CT, raw materials are divided into four groups. Group 1 is H, J, K, N, group 2 is C, L, M, T, group 3 is P, and group 4 is Q. Among them, there are distinctions such as J55, K55 and N80-1N80-O. Basically, they are divided according to the numerical range of material properties (steel grade, rolling, heat treatment, and finally the performance). As for the classification of steel grades in each group, they are also divided according to their properties.
