4.small diameter or thin-walled steel pipe, a variety of cold-rolled, cold-drawn steel and high price, easy to corrode metal products, must be put into storage
5.pay attention to ventilation on sunny days, rainy days, pay attention to the closure of moisture, and often maintain a suitable storage environment.
Second, reasonable stacking, first-in-first-out
1. the principle of stacking is required in the palletization of solid. Ensure that under the conditions of safety, to do according to the varieties and specifications of palletizing, different varieties of materials to be palletized separately. Prevent confusion and mutual corrosion

3.The bottom of the pallet should be high, firm and flat to prevent the material from moisture or deformation.

5. the height of the stack, manual operation of not more than 1.2m, mechanical operation of not more than 1.5m, stack width of not more than 2.5m
6. stacks and stacks should be left between certain channels, check the road is generally 0.5m, access channel depending on the size of the material and transportation machinery, generally 1.5 ~ 2.0m

Third, keep the warehouse clean, strengthen the material conservation
1.Materials in the warehouse before the attention to prevent rain or mixed impurities, the rain has been soaked or soiled materials should be used according to its nature of different ways to wipe clean.
2.Materials should be checked frequently after storage, if there is corrosion, the corrosion layer should be removed.
3.General steel surface removal in the net, do not have to apply oil, but for high-quality steel, alloy steel, thin-walled tubes, alloy steel tubes, etc., after rusting the internal and external surfaces need to be coated with anti-rust oil before storage.
4.the more serious corrosion of steel, rust should not be long-term storage, should be used as soon as possible.
