High Frequency Welded Finned Tube Supplier in China

12.19.2025

High-frequency welded finned tubes are finned tubes welded using high-frequency current. This method offers fast welding speeds, resistance to corrosion, and is currently one of the most advanced welding techniques used in finned tube manufacturing. High-frequency welded finned tubes are welded onto base tube radiators to improve their heat dissipation efficiency. Radiators with welded finned tubes can achieve a 3-7 times higher heat dissipation efficiency compared to the original base tube.

Manufacturing Processes:

Extrusion: The base tube and fins are integrally formed, resulting in low thermal resistance. Suitable for soft metals such as copper and aluminum.

Welding: Fins are independently welded to the base tube, offering flexible material combinations, but requiring strict control of welding quality.

Winding: Metal strips are spirally wound onto the base tube, resulting in lower cost but weaker structural strength.

Applications:

HVAC: Air conditioning condensers and evaporators, utilizing fins to enhance air-side heat exchange.

Energy & Power: Boiler economizers and air preheaters, handling high-temperature flue gas heat exchange.

Chemical & Petroleum: Reactors and reboilers, handling highly corrosive or fluid-laden substances.
