    Applications‌:
  • Non-corrosive media (water, air, steam) in plumbing/heating systems;
  • Low-to-medium pressure/temperature (≤350°C);
  • Cost-sensitive municipal/industrial pipelines.

II. Stainless Steel Flanges
Characteristics‌: Chromium (Cr) ≥10.5%, forms passivation layer; excellent corrosion/heat resistance.
Common Grades & Types‌:

  1. Austenitic Stainless Steel
    • 304 (06Cr19Ni10)‌: General use; resistant to atmosphere/weak acids.
    • 316 (06Cr17Ni12Mo2)‌: Molybdenum-enhanced; withstands chlorides (seawater).
    • 316L (022Cr17Ni12Mo2)‌: Low-carbon; anti-intergranular corrosion (food/pharma).
    • 310S (06Cr25Ni20)‌: Heat-resistant (≤1200°C; boilers).
  2. Ferritic Stainless Steel‌:
    • 430 (10Cr17)‌: Economical; limited corrosion resistance (kitchen equipment).
  3. Martensitic Stainless Steel‌:
